Parents

Your 4th, 5th, or 6th grader is invited to the Valley Youth Center every Friday of operation, as well as to all of our holiday and special events. Please be sure to fill out the proper safety forms so that your child can enjoy everything the Center has to offer.

All forms can be mailed to the Valley Youth Center, P.O. Box 704, Bryn Athyn, PA 19009 or brought to the Valley Youth Center on Friday’s when your child arrives. Should you have any questions, please leave a message at 215-938-5202.

This must be handed in so that we have the records on file to keep your child safe

-If your child has an allergy that requires an Epi Pen or an Inhaler, please note this on your child’s emergency form and deliver this medicine to the Valley Youth Center office in a bag with your child’s name on the medicine.

-We recommend that your child wear an identification bracelet if he has any type of allergy.
